COVID-19 FAQ

Beginning Sunday, March 22nd, McNabb Pharmacy will only be servicing our customers via curbside pick-up or delivery. The safety of our customers and our staff is our number one priority.

Have your hours changed? At this time our pharmacy will be open and staffed regular hours. In order to keep our seniors safe, we have dedicated an hour each day for our customers 60 and older to safely come and pick-up their medications. These hours are 8:30am - 9:30am Monday through Friday and 9:00am - 10:00am Saturday and Sunday.

How do I pick up my medications? Before coming down to the pharmacy, we ask that you call in a credit/debit card to pay for your medications to limit the transfer of cash between customers and employees. When you arrive at the pharmacy, walk up to the porch adjacent to Bow St. and one of our staff will help you through our pick-up window. If there is someone at the window, we ask that you please be aware of the space between yourself and other customers while you wait. If you are immunocompromised, elderly, or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the pharmacy to have someone bring your medications out to you.

I need over the counter items, can I still get those? Our staff will be happy to gather any over the counter medications or other supplies you may need.

I need DME items, can I still get those? If you need any durable medical equipment, please call when the Home Health Store is open (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm) to arrange payment and pick-up.

Can I have my medications delivered? Due to the increase in the amount of deliveries, we are limiting our free delivery service to seniors, immunocompromised customers, and patients who are quarantined. To limit contact between our delivery drivers and customers, our drivers will notify you when they arrive at your home and leave your medications by your door. If you pay by check or cash, please call to verify the exact amount before your delivery is scheduled to go out and plan to leave your payment in a location that is easily accessible for our delivery drivers. If you live in an apartment complex, please call and speak directly to a member of our staff.

Do you have gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, etc. in stock? Like most pharmacies, we are completely sold out of these types of items and are not able to order more at this time. As items become available, customers may be limited to how many they can purchase. As of April 10, 2020, we have hand sanitizer available, compounded by our staff.
