Easterseals Louisiana

Founded in 1951, Easterseals Louisiana has served thousands of individuals with disabilities. Programs include The Chartwell Center, Partnership with Camp Able, Pheonix Peer Support Center, Employment Resources and Referral, Permanent Supportive Housing, Exit 318: Re-Entry, 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA), PATH, Pathways to Independence: Rapid Re-Housing, Transitional Housing, Support Coordination, Family Service Coordination (FSC), EarlySteps System Poiint of Entry (SPOE), Crisis Counseling, Intensive Community Engagement (ICE), and Mental Health Case Management. These programs are offered throughout Louisiana with many offered in our own surrounding areas. Our very own Anthony Bondi, PharmD proudly serves as a board member for Easterseals Louisiana too.
