Text Message and Push Notification Opt-In / Opt-Out Policy
As a Health Mart customer, you can take advantage of additional services when you opt-in for text messages* or push notifications:
- Helpful automated refill or pill reminders Notifications directly from the pharmacy about the status of your prescription refills
Terms and Conditions: (Text Messages)
There is no service fee charged per month; your carrier's standard text messaging and other charges may apply. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our alert services. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at onlinesupport@healthmart.com.
Opting out:
You can opt out of text messages and push notifications from HealthMart.com by using one of the following options:
Option #1: Recommended
On a desktop computer:
- From the “Prescription History" tab, select edit next to the active reminder you want to change
- “Edit Reminder” window will open. From the drop down select “none”
- Select “Update” to save changes
On a mobile device:
- From the “Reminders” section, select pill or refill reminders and then the individual reminder to change
- To change the notification method, select your new preference from the available options under “Method”
- To turn off the reminder, move the status from “ON” to “OFF,” then select “Save”
Option #2: Text message only
Reply to the received text message with one of the following*:
- STOP
- END
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- QUIT

Option #3: Push Notifications Only
Android:
- From “Settings,” select “Application Manager”
- Choose the Health Mart application from the list
- Uncheck the “Notifications” box
iOS:
- From “Settings,” chose the Health Mart application from the list
- Select Notifications (badges, sounds, banners) and unselect “Allow Notifications”
