Wellshire Pharmacy is proud to offer My Prescriptions Savings Card to our customers. This program may be especially helpful if you don't have insurance or for those prescriptions not covered by your insurance.

*$5 annual enrollment fee charged with the first prescription filled

Enrollment is FAST and EASY!
There are two ways to enroll:
1) online - visit www.myrxsavingsclub.com.
Take your downloadable card to Wellshire Pharmacy along with your prescription.
2) Wellshire Pharmacy - come into our store and ask one of our helpful and friendly
pharmacy staff for an enrollment form.

**Restrictions may apply for consumers who are enrolled in Med D or Medicaid plans.
